Anyone interested in having an allotment in Appleby no longer has to contact the Parish Council - you can download an application form and "Growing in our Community" booklet containing the rules and conditions from the site here

Appleby Book Club: Appleby Magna Bookclub meets at the Black Horse pub at 7pm on the first Monday of each month, except where that is a Bank Holiday. If you want any more information call Vicky on 07900 193560

Patchwork and Quilting Club: Meet in the Stables, Sir John Moore School, every Weds morning from 10am until 12 noon. This group is for all abilities, and every one will be made welcome. Why not come along and make a cushion, wall-hanging or quilt, by hand or machine.
